Nord Stream 2 operator says lowers pressure in 2nd pipe thread

MOSCOW, Oct 10 (PRIME) -- The operator of Russia’s Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline, has lowered the gas pressure in the second, undamaged thread of the pipeline to 50 bar as a precaution, Nord Stream AG said in a statement on Monday.

The company will define further steps after inspection of the pipeline threads together with the authorities, Nord Stream AG said.
